Olu James Mbanugo, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer for the US affiliate (Visio-Tessica LLC), is poised to lead the company’s mission to transform healthcare through innovation, data intelligence, and strategic execution.
With an MSc in Healthcare Management and Informatics and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, Olu brings a rare blend of analytical precision and executive foresight. He is widely regarded as a catalyst for healthcare transformation—championing digital health ecosystems that improve access, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Before co-founding Visio-Tessica Ltd, Olu held senior leadership roles at Denk Pharma (Country Manager) and Sanofi (District Business & Sales Manager), where he directed high-performance teams, strengthened market share, and institutionalized brand and talent development strategies that delivered measurable growth.
A visionary strategist and builder of people, Olu is recognized for creating scalable, client-centric solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and elevate system efficiency. Under his guidance, the company is well-positioned to drive overall efficiency and SMART value delivery.

Osagiede Harrison is a graduate of both Accountancy and Computer Science respectively, he holds an MBA from the University of Benin, Benin City. He is also a Senior Procurement Specialist and Business Executive with more than 15 years of extensive experience working at the top level with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across both private and public sectors. Adept at financial planning and project management, he has a solid track record of using advanced research, analysis, strategic planning, and negotiation skills to successfully develop business initiatives whilst maximizing profit, minimizing cost, and driving continuous change.”

Onyekachukwu Victor Unanah
Onyekachukwu Victor Unanah is a graduate pharmacist from Amadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He has a wealth of experience in pharmaceuticals and allied products. He has worked in both Pfizer and Sanofi as a brand developer, demand-creating specialist, and market access consultant. He’s a seasoned entrepreneur who successfully floated his first business while he was an undergraduate at ABU, Zaria, Nigeria.
While in Pfizer and SANOFI, he recorded outstanding Success in brand awareness through pioneering several product launches and outstanding KEY ACCOUNTS management skills. He’s no doubt a key asset to any organization
